Two of the soaps - just use one and use body lotion on the feet as well negating the need for foot lotion. Is talc necessary?

I use four of those plus conditioner & deodorant - you must start getting ready for bed about lunch time. Out of interest, what is 'serum'?

I am a lady and have no idea what 'down there' soap is. I never use soap apart from when I wash my hands.

I think the last time soap got anywhere near my face was when my mother threatened to wash my mouth out when I swore :-(

My face gets washed with water and in the shower I use a SLS free body wash followed by DLS free emollient.

Dunno, it sounds painful though!

I can never be arrised with night creams or moisturisers either, just seems a lot of faff to end up with a greasy face.

you could omit the 'down there' soap, the talc if using lotions link body moisturisers or vice versa, I dunno how you're not sliding around the bed with all that moisturiser on you - do you really need the hand cream, soap is just soap, shampoo and moisturiser- a little in morning is enough going out in all weathers, for night I'd cut it out and the lip balm/salve, the serum a money making racket in my opinion- one body moisturiser will do your feet and hands - do you use mouthwash? I do, so I just use, shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, mouthwash, moisturise and deodrant
