I am doing my head in for a Christmas gift for my son . But I think I have had a brilliant idea, he and his girlfriend are going to Tokyo for two weeks in April and I thought of getting a voucher for a trip or dinner. Has anyone done something like this ? Even better, in Tokyo ?

April is the time to visit Kyoto because the blossom is out then so you could surprise him with train tickets for a day trip from Tokyo.

They already have that booked 237. Anyway, I think for two that would hAve been over my budget. I was thinking of a restaurant voucher or similar
