Passport Office Still A Shamble It Appears

Despite have extra money and resources given it to break the log jam, the back is growing at an alarming rate, so Mr Pugh, the Office chief is dragged before the Home Affairs Committee again.

applications up 400,000, passports issued down 15,000. Presumably the whole Passport Office have gone off on their hols.

I think that after all the cuts, there are only approx. 4 staff left...3 on the sick and one in Clacton on hols !

Possibly all about making money, i phoned for an appointment, got one within a week, took all documents required paid £103 got it the next day?
