Strictly Come Dancing

What are your thoughts on this series' line up and any favourites (apart from Artem and his beautifulness...swooooon).

i have rather given up on this programme, ever since they had the likes of russell grant on it, as to john sargeant enough said.

I like it, till Bruce appears, then I remember why I don't watch it.

i have a lot of time for Bruce Forsythe, but i cannot abide Vanessa Feltz at any time of the day

Wasn't Russell Grant a dancer when he was younger? Sargeant and Widdlecombe didn't really look as though they were cut out to trip the light fantastic.

I haven't had opportunity to peruse the line-up yet.

I do intensely dislike deception though and the silly opening with Bruce Forsyth doing a forward roll through a screen was laughable in a totally humourless way........

don't think Grant was a dancer, he was a redcoat at Butlins once, but don't know about the rest. I didn't like him much and it just got worse with his appearance on strictly..

You never know though, look at Lisa Riley, after people dismissed her because of her size she is now in Craig's touring show!

I do cringe at Bruce! It's all a bit silly round the edges but I do like to see the dancing, especially the professionals. I've been to see the live tour twice and they were fantastic, far more risqué when off BBC primetime ;)

I think some interesting people this year. I do like Ashley from Hollyoaks. Abby Crouch is so tiny! Think Sophie could have a nice natural elegance for ballroom.

Just watching the group dance and it gave me goose bumps, a stark contrast to watching the group dance on Come Dancing from my childhood!

On now but just the matching up of "celebs" and professionals, starts properly in about 2 weeks in think.

I thought they trained them generally in dancing techniques then just pair them up now but nothing would surprise me.
