We are having roast chicken, rosemary roasted spuds, parsnips, broad bean and minted pea puree, stuffing and whatever else I can be bothered with.

Then white chocolate amaretto terrine and plum coulis for afters.

Master BM is having a "special" pizza. (Ie one with undetected stuff in that is good for him).

That sounds scrumptious, BM. We have dark cherry and blueberry icecream for afters. :-)
I've just had a rare tuna steak, grated carrots, roasted beetroot, roast potatoes and a dipping sauce (soy, chilli, ginger, sugar) It was lush :-)

I had planned to have duck breast but will prob have them tomorrow now.
We've just had cheese and cucumber sandwiches. Don't know what we're having later. Probably go round to my parents.
We too are having beef, i had planned on lamb but hubby bought home two legs last week from a local shop with a broken freezer, we had to eat them as they'd nearly thawed - so i have a sirloin. Yorkshire Puds, Roast potatoes, roast parsnips, new potatoes, petit pois, carrots, spring greens, horeradish sauce and gravy. Apple pie and ice cream, cream or custard for pud. And I've washed my Irish coffee glasses, I fancy a tia Maria coffee this afternoon.
We are having Ham and I presume Cabbage and New Potatoes. Mum took a black forrest pudding looking thing from the Freezer too.
Yours sounds lovely NoM

We are having leg of lamb cooked with garlic & rosemary, carrot & swede mash, duchesse potatoes, yorkshire puddings & a redurrant gravy.
I haven't decided on a pudding yet, but it will probably be bread & butter pudding with custard or ice cream

J'adore rare tuna! I did it in an orange sauce recently - a Gino D'Acampo recipe. 'Twas gorgeous.
Duchess potatoes. Nice one, I was trying to think all morning what they were called.
I'm trying to empty the fridge as we're off on holiday tomorrow so tonight's supper is likely to be a very random affair.
OooOOo give me the recipe for the orange sauce. I can have it with the duck :-) and duchesse potatoes...

Will parents lay on a special dinner, Tiggs? Btw, how old is your little man now? x

QoM, I damn well forgot cabbage! :-(

Mrs O, have you ever made B&BP with panettone or Brioche?

Iluvspikey, Tia Maria coffee sounds like heaven. Have you ever tried Cointreau (Seville) coffee?
Roast pork and all the trimmings today. Was hoping for a lovely leg of lamb from the butchers, but they closed early yesterday - must've sold through all their goodies. Looking forward to my crackling now, though
NoM - yes I have often made it with brioche. Unfortunately the younger Junior O's are heathens and prefer it made with stale Warburtons
Not sure what my mum's cooking NM. I spoke to her earlier but my mind is elsewhere today so I forgot what she said.

Little Tiggs will be 3 in May :o) I'm looking for a nursery as my childminder is stopping end of June. She's having a baby in July.

I'm sure you'll rustle up something scrummy, Eccles.

Ummmm, I'll look for recipe when I get home. X

Legs of lamb are half price in JS and the Coop, AC.

BB&P is still nice, however it's made :-)

Nursery fees are so damn expensive, Tiggs :-(
Fresh whole legs of lamb are on offer in Lidl - I paid £8 for a 5lb joint. They are cheaper than the frozen ones
