If a person works at a local college and wants to do a course part time, would they get help with costs if the course ?

If the course related to your job you were not required to pay any fees.
If not we were usually required to pay the full cost.
If the college wanted you to do a course and it was not available to you at that college for example because of your working hours the college would pay your fees to attend another college.
We did have work to do in the college holidays and had to arrange to take most of our annual leave outside term time.
Leave was granted for funerals etc during the term.
I was non teaching staff.
