Hi,

I work in IT and travel from client to client, at my last client I was accused of theft and have been suspended from work on full pay, pending further investigations. The police have been involved and decided to press chrages, I am now waiting to appear in court for the hearing.

I have been advised that it could be 3 months before the case is heard at court. I have spoken to my HR dept and they have said that due to the lenght of time it may take they need to seek advise on what there options are. I would like to know if the can sack me or legally they have to wait for the hearing?

Can some one provide any advice or experince?

Thanks
