It's Paella of salmon, scallops and Calamari for me, him and eldest urchin. The two youngest urchins are having macaroni cheese.

Fantastic! I have just made tomorrow's lasagna. I will make wild mushroom soup later for tomorrow's starter.

Anyone know if the supermarkets are open today?

Thai green chicken curry and thai sticky rice. Not very Eastery but I fancy it and Mr Tiggs doesn't eat red meat.

Jamie oliver's boned lamb leg, stuffed with a sort of tomatoey tapenade. Starters is gravadlax with cucumber salad & a mustard & dill sauce. Quince Tarte tatin for dessert. Asparagus & ham started, roast duck with apple sauce, and creme caramel for tomorrow lunch.

Ummmm, have you taken advantage of the half price joints? I've got legs of lamb and topside of beef joints in the freezer. I just love a bargain.

I have got a turkey crown with all the trimmings as I will be having a full house today.
Tomorrow I've got lamb steaks.
