What do you like, and dont like about living alone?

Now the kidlings have left,i love that i can come home and just put myself first,and what i dont like is the quietness

I love living alone, having my own space (cats accepting). Watch what I want when I want, slob out when I want, eat when I want etc...

I miss having someone about if I feel vulnerable (suspicious noises etc...), if I need something doing like building flat pack furniture or such or if I'm really ill and having to try and fend for myself though I have great neighbours (and near neighbours) and friends.

I like the quiet.

I love it most of the time.

I dont have to close the door when I use the bathroom, can eat when I want to, have sole control of the tv remote control, get in and out of bed when I feel like it, cook a meal that I like to eat, not worrying about others taste.

But really hate having to do the house cleaning :-(
