Just wondering how high profile dignitaries manage their toilet habits. One never sees the Queen or PM disappearing for a few minutes during a sometimes hours long 'do'
Do they wear adult nappies or do they just not drink 12 hours before going into public.

Ask any nightclub DJ - I used to work from 08:30 to 1:00 a.m. with a short break half-way through, and rarely if ever needed the loo.
If you train your bladder signal to be ignored, it does receede, and you simply go to the loo before your 'long time event', and then again afterwards, there is no mystery.
