Hi all,
further to my other posts - i made a new statement Tuesday 4th May 2010 to the police correcting the details of the events that happend. The officer dealing with the case told me she would pass on the statement along with her statement (recommending case to be dropped in light of new evidence) to CPS. I was advised that bail conditions still stand and will not be removed until CPS has formally dropped case or it goes to court.

Just wondered if anyone knows how long it normally takes for CPS to formally drop case? Its just i want bail conditions dropped so partner can see his kids freely. There is possibility i will be admited to mental health unit 18th May when i have review so would be good if it was all soted by then.
Any ideas?

Thanks
