Geezer – I agree that if a person doesn't want to donate any organs then those wishes should be respected. My main point was to question the rationality of consenting to the donation of certain organs and not to others.

All databases contain errors because there is a fundamental weak link in the chain – the human operator. However, speaking generally, Government run IT systems do have a reputation for the shambolic.
