I was just wondering how, if they body scan everybody at the airport before travelling, it will affect me as I have a prosthetic Boob?

I think that they would have took things like that into account when designing the scanner as a prosthetic boob is quite common. If you are concerned then I would ask a member of security staff at the airport before entering

It won't 'affect' you but it will be quite obvious to the operators that you have a falsie.
