Russia Today - Not the most impartial source for information about the United States.
I came across this conspiracy in a paper. I figure it has a basis in the CIA agents killing in Afghanistan by Balawi. He was supposed to be a Jordanian recruit but turned out to be Al-Qaeda. I think someone thought this conspiracy would make it seem as if Amercia is one step ahead in this game.

It is scary. Al-Qaeda is not just all-about suicide bombers blowing up the public, they are capable of huge deception and infiltration of Intelligence agencies. Obama I read is putting the date back for Guantanamo closing as some of those released are engaging in terrorist activities. He's not releasing the Yemeni ones yet.

There was an article in the Sunday Times about Jihadists grooming children under 10. It's not only Universitiy students that are targeted for radicalisation.
