Funny how people who hat the idea of Sharia law, espouse draconian punishments.
Tony Martin laid a trap I understand, that said he clearly felt unsafe and had probably suffered something of a breakdown due to police inertia.
Police indifference to victims is nothing new there was that teacher in Runcorn, months of harrassment met with a shrug. She flips chases one with an air pistol, and all of a sudden the law applies, look at that satelite engineer in London, again months of harrassment, no police action, that man's dead now. In Manchester a few years back a blind pensioner whose wife was in a wheelchair got broken into (he knocked on the door and tried to barge in) pensioner stabbed him and he died, council moved them out and the house got burnt down.
No they should'nt do anything to him and I won't mourn the passing of this turd, there was 3 of em FFS, do you think if he politely asked them to leave they'd just go?
He can easily claim he was fearful for his life and show reasonable force as they were crewed up, and they must've had some sort of tool (which could be used as a weapon) to break in with.
