I am a subscriber and have read the editorial and, quite honestly, I didn't really find anything too wrong - and most certainly I don't feel it warrants the backlash it has received - or has, as is not uncommon, the media whipped up the furore to sell more papers.

I think he was right. They do wallow in their "victim status". Just look at all this 20 year aniversary of heysel garbage.
