Ah funny, are you tryin to lose weight? I have been really lucky as my when I was with my ex we ate take away around 3 to 4 times a week. Since we split and I have been eating 3 sensible meals a day the weight has just dropped off. It has slowed down to around a pound a week so I think I must exercise to get the rest off!
