Male paedophile escapes prison

There was a recent debate on AB in respect of woman in her 30s performing sex acts with a 14 year old boy in a cinema - she didn't go to prison and some ABers stated had she been a man there would have been a definite prison sentence.

Today, this man escaped prison for committing a sexual act and attempted rape with an 11 year old girl after grooming her:

The law definitely needs applying more severely, whether the child is male or female, sexually aware or not.

Hold me hand up, I was amazed when I read this, I'd be even more amazed if it does'nt get referred back to the courts for resentancing.
