'Hoodies' attacking the Fire Service
I saw an item on the news this morning about yobbos attacking fire fighters whislt they are out on a call.
Rather naively, probably because I live in a middle class area, I had no idea, none, that this sort of thing happened.
My gob was well and truly smacked!
It was scum chav male youths doing the attacking - obviously.
Now given that this crime is completely indefensible, what should we do to these scumbags to avoid it happening?

Not just fire crews but ambulances too are attacked by these thugs - here is one example:

its sad but true.
Mr CRX is a part time firefighter and he has experienced first hand such a situation when youths started a fire deliberately and when the crew arrived started pelting them with rocks and stones as well as hurling abuse.
Its disgusting that they are drawing fire crews away from their stations when they may be needed for more important calls.

i wonder if they see it as a lesser offence than attacking the police. The police would arrest them immediately (and perhaps find some sort of way of getting them back lol) and yet the fire brigade cant do a thing apart from call for police assistance and put the fire out (if safe to do so).
The crew here spent from 12 - 3am saturday night following a group of arsonists all over town who were lighting bins and damaging cars. Only the police can stop them (if they are about)

Personally I would do the following IN ORDER of writing.
1) Extract one kidney, one lung and BOTH eyes and give them to a needy Christian child in need of a transplant.
2) After suitable recovery (though on the cheap) lock chavs up.
3) Week one. Cut off both hands and penis.
4) Week 2. Kneecap them.
5) Week 3. Perforate eardrums with a rusty screw.
6) Week 4. Holiday. Week of relaxation.
7) Week 5. Insert chicken wings up colon and stitch anus up with fishing wire.
8) Week 6. Whilst they are dying from internal Salmonella poisioning use electrodes on nipples.
9) Week 7. Release prisoner into a disused warehouse in Cardiff and set fire to basment building. Record them trying toescape with no eyes or knees on CCTV and play in Fire Brigade station so they can all enjoy the spectacle.
However, if the youth show signs of remorse or exceptional good behaviour, DO NOT send them to Cardiff as an incentive.

On the TV news this lunchtime it was stated that "the Goverment are taking the matter very seriously".Once again empty words.
I would have thought everyone would take this matter seriously. (everyone that is but the yobs that carry out these acts).
If the Goverment really take these matters seriously then why don't they give the emergency services personnel, powers to take the appropriate action against these lowlife.As already suggested a blast from a hose would be ideal.
Since the ambulance service would not be able to use this method, then perhaps a duty police officer could be employed to be in attendance at all all call outs.

Well I would like to see them all rounded up and sent to an army type camp en mass to do hard labour for at least six months, controlled by some of the most horrible Sergeant Major types who could reduce them to tears and an hourly basis.
Some people might say bring back national service, but personally I would rather see decent people join our forces and wouldn't wish these types on others

You can't absolve the children of all blame - yes, the parents are almost inevitably scum as well, monkey see monkey do, but surely even useless, unemployable, scum waste of air b'stards like these must know, somewhere in the back of their retarded little minds, that it is wrong to attack the fire service. Surely?
