Has been banned from driving for the second time in two months.

This time, he was fined 1,000 & banned for six weeks - this is for speeding up to 140 m.p.h!

Seeing as he has disregarded the first fine & warning, do you think the ban should have been longer?

Hes also a Muslim!!
Hes also a Muslim!!!
Rules and laws for "normal" people and rules and laws for sportsmen and celebrities, this pzs me right off everytime......... they always get off lightly we should not be suprised as they are above the law in many ways ....
Hi smudge,
Yes, I think it should have been longer, at least a year, but then, in our country today, celebrity rules.
1000 to someone like Khan is just loose change. Also the 6 week ban will run concurrently with his existing ban. Why bother. Six weeks was not enough, but to have it running parallel and not added on to his present ban beggars belief. This man is a moron. Not once has he expressed any remorse for the man he knocked down. Indeed, his barrister tried to blame the victim, saying he put himself in the path of Khans car. This man will not stop until he is put away like Naseem, and the sooner the better.
I disagree to a point. The fact of the matter was that there was no evidence that he was travelling at that speed as the police car that pulled him in had no speed recording equipment. In this case it was Khan's word against the police officer's. Khan admitted that he was in fact speeding but not to the extent the police officer had said and he apologised for that.
The fact he is a "celebrity" is irrelevant. You or I would have been given a similar punishment in this case.
I think its only fair that the courts should decide.
Being a Muslim I am suprised he has a Driving Licence, or is even insured.

The motoring offences outlined in my local paper's court reports, are predominantly commited by Muslims.
Is your local paper a subsidary of the Daily Mail?
Khans local paper is the Bolton news, which for some reason will not print anything negative about him. I wonder why?
I can tell you this..... he is not well liked outside of the boxing fraternity. Even at school he was known as an arrogant little sh*t. Forever bragging about the family wealth. Wealth which was allegedly ill gotten.
he should not have been banned at all.
he should have had his b------- removed & then shot against a mosque, just as a warning to other arrogant infidels
no he should have not been banned, the **** should have been shot. print that ****
