I have a slight yellowish tinge to my eyes, someone mentioned that it could be something to do with my liver. I dont drink much alcohol, maybe a couple of glasses of wine every few weeks.

She mentioned that I start taking Milk Thistle tablets. Has anyone used these before and did you see much difference? I have seen them in Holland and Barrett but heard that its worth spending a bit more on a non-named brand. What dosage is best to start off on?

Thanks !

You should consider seeing your doctor to rule out an actual problem with your liver function first. A simple blood test will give you peace of mind.
Go to the doctor!!!

Milk Thistle is a herbal product that is debated as to whether is works or not.

Yellow tinge in the eyes usually indicates being anaemic.
Anaemia, really? I didnt know that. I would have thought it is more a symptom of jaundice which does indicate liver problems.
