A man goes to the doctors and says 'doctor doctor, i cant stop singing Whats new pussycat and Delilah"

"hmmm, i think you have a spot of Tom Jones syndrome" the doctor replied.

"oh no! is it rare?" said the man

"well..." said the doctor, "Its not unusual..."
