I have been having terrible nightmares every night for a long time now, vivid and disturbing ones where i wake up and cant get back to sleep for ages afterwards. Thing is I am redecorating my bedroom and on sunday I removed a very old wardrobe that had been fixed to an external wall, behind it there was a serious mold problem which has now been completely got rid of and for the past four nights i haven't had a single bad dream!! I am inclined to think it is due to the mold. Am i barmy?

When you think that the Salem witch trials were all down to the mould on the wheat - people going crazy all over the place then no I don't think you are barmy. It could also be related to Feng Shui - the positioning of your bed/furniture etc or the amount of clutter in the room - this can affect your sleep believe it or not. Interesting though - Amara xx

If i sleep on my back i get nightmares. It happens to some boxers also..weird huh! maybe u was sleeping on your back then! Mould can cause nightmares-chemical inbalance in brain!!
