not the first celebrity but there was a kids cartoon about a battling space rabbit (bucky?) who went to battle against an evil frog/toad race.
His ape team mate used to shout it all the time as he charged in to fight the toads
It was also used late by Craig Charles in the Robot Wars seriesand by John Fashanu in the Gladiator series.
