The only thing foreign aid is buying is more boats because it ALL ends up in the wrong hands. What he should really be doing is stopping foreign aid. Monday morning will be fine, cancel the direct debit.

Had Cameron said we aren't going to spend any money on  foreign aid and concentre on the poor in the UK, it's an absolute cast-iron fact the OP would have criticised it.
