It appears if you disagree with him now you are far right, covid denying antivaxxer (Even the labour that are objecting I guess).

"Mr Khan went on: 'Let's be frank, let's call a spade a spade... some of those outside are part of the Far Right, some are Covid deniers, some are vaccine deniers and some are Tories.'"

What a clown. Good luck Londoners.

I've often seen him being criticised for the level of knife crime in London.
What exactly could he do to reduce it, and what's he not doing that a Tory might?

He said "some ULEZ" not "everyone who disagrees with me" and according to the article admitted that ULEZ has "legitimate concerns" so I think the initial premise is an exaggeration.
anti-ULEZ just to avoid any doubt ....
He lost it ages ago. He just continues the proof that these city mayors were one of the most stupid ideas ever. Has any of them ever achieved something worthwhile ? If so, they hide it well.
OG, Well Boris made it to number 10, but his stupid ideas and lies ( like Khan) were shot lived.
Short^^^
Not fit for office. Never has been.
Very glad I don't live in London any more. This ULEZ extension is going to really hurt a lot of people.
11.25 - Eh? What's that got to do with ULEZ?

The ULEZ expansion is a tax on the poor.

No, he never had the plot!
He’s right
Why is he right? How do you know he’s right?
It’s reasonable to state (generally before pile in with people saying “I know somebody…etc”) that the ‘poor’ vote Labour because, for reasons I don’t understand they think Labour are their guardians, and it’s also reasonable to say the poor will generally have the vehicles that are not compliant.

Khan feels these people are far right.

The man’s a poor mayor and a bit of a prat, so he is very much not right.
He is a blight on London....the opposition from public and councils was huge, but just like the egotistical vituperous little man he is, decides to ignore the majority and and try and force it on people to massage his own ego...he then has the audacity to threaten to withhold funds from councils that refuse to bow down to him and not implement his lunatic scheme...hed be better off working in eussr hq, thats their M.O.
From the recent past it looks like London has had a fair bunch of aerosoles as their mayor-Johnson,Khan,Livingstone.Sc*m of the earth all three.
and you can bet this little scumbag is looking at the "15 minute city"...that some councils seem to be pushing through even though AFAIA not one has its taxpayers backing, far from it....
He’s got small man syndrome and is acting like a tin pot dictator.

I know Bromley (my home town before I moved out) and Bexley are challenging this utterly absurd scheme, and I believe other councils are as well.

I hope they succeed.
I’m intrigued why untitled feels Khan is right in describing those who object are far right and Covid deniers.

If he (assuming I’m not ‘mis-gendering’ and committing a hate crime) returns to the thread I’m looking forward to the rationale of why he wrongly thinks Khan is right.
He used the word "some" and that is accurate
