Ab Slow?

Good morning, folks.

Is AB running slowly or is it my internet? I noticed it last night and it's much the same this morning.

I do sometimes wonder if it's because I sit directly under the giant steel that runs across the extension (sometimes my phone is affected in this part of the house) but the other systems are running okay on my computer. It really does seem to be just AB - is anyone else experiencing the same?

Nope appears fine must just be you.
AB is all good in downsideupland, and my electronic blips need to travel further than yours. Some posters seem a bit slow though :-/

Morning, 1ozzy. I must say you have damn good internet considering your remote location. My internet is usually fairly reliable but things were quite slow on AB last night and the same this morning.

When I Googled the name of a drug just now in a separate window, it was fine. Oh well.

Everything is just bonza downunder Ladyc,,

1ozzy, I don't doubt that. I actually think you're years and streets ahead of us in rightwayupland.

I haven't ruled out emigrating to downsideupland in years to come - if this Country continues to go the way it has been...
Granted it's an old link but there was an article in todays paper claim the same thing
Question Author
Can I ask, 1ozzy, are there many poisonous insects or dangerous biting creatures in your neck of the woods? That's really the only thing that puts me off.
There's my wife for starters;-).
There are lots of dangerous creatures down here, most of them are more scared of you than you're of them.
It's not as dangerous as tv programs make out.
Question Author
I don't really know if I could cope with that, 1ozzy.

What part of Oz is least inhabited by creepy crawlies?
Probably a tiny rock in the middle of a river.

The further out of a city the more creatures you come across, not counting the "supposedly human" creatures and they're the worst kind in my eyes.
I too doubt you could cope with my wife ;-)
Question Author
You leave Mrs Oz alone, do you hear me! ;-)

I might have to consider Canada instead then...
Feel free to freeze your extremities off.
Question Author
Or frazzle under the Antipodean Sun?

Seriously, the only thing that puts me off Oz is the creepy crawlies.
The further south the cooler the weather and fewer creatures to be scared of, apart from Taswegians, they're a different breed altogether.
You've watched too many documentaries
Question Author
I haven't watched that many documentaries, Oz. It's just that we don't have creatures that can inflict fatal bites here in rightwayupland.
No, your dangerous creatures carry knives and roam in gangs.
Or have I read too many news threads in AB?
I know which creatures I'd prefer.
Question Author
Not in my neck of the woods they don't, 1ozzy. Maybe you've been watching too much Hawaii 5-0. ;)

So Mrs Oz liked her Christmas present then?
