says that he was mentally unwell when he sent that now infamous tweet about Arlene Foster, and has now set up a Go Fund Me Page, to see if can pay for the costs that she has been awarded 125k. Does anyone else find this wrong, why should anyone pay for his mistakes.

not really there are the legal costs involved. so that could well be as i said a small fortune.
oh I do remember
£150k is far higher than normally seen so that is one ground for appeal
and the costs are too high ( jessen wasnt that bad)

so it is moolah to Foster
or more moolah to the lawyers
Question Author
125k to AF, and the legal team who knows.

Ah - he is raising funds to meet the costs of appealing the decision not to pay what's been awarded against him.

not a chance.
I am totally fed up with so many GoFundMe appeals - don't bother with insurance when you go on holiday, don't bother saving for unforseen incidents, don't bother with any sort of insurance. Burgled, house fire, accident, don't like your nose/boobs/stomach...just set up a begging page and let strangers pay.
haha - you're all heart Emmie!
Question Author
dave, not a hope of putting money towards this, as i said there are other charitable institutions i give money to, like the RNLI, RBL..
I quite fancy a new Aston Martin, think I will start a GoFundMe page, you never know!

Don't mention the Aston Martin tho'. Just some sob story about being isolated and needing transport to visit a sick friend.

soon be found out dave....
Poor dr Chris - learning the hard way,

I don't find it wrong. I certainly won't be contributing to his Go Fund Me, but if somebody else wants to then that's up to them.
Bang on Ellipsis. It's not compulsory!
332 donors have given £7850 so far.
It's wrong because it is his punishment. Had he received a prison sentence for something he had done 'because he was depressed' would it be acceptable to go to prison in his place?
It's not to pay his "punishment" -

" I am considering an appeal and I am seeking to raise funds to help me to fight what is a most unfair situation."
he's 100% 42 carat rissole if you ask me.
"he says he is facing bankruptcy, with only around 20k to his name." - well he should have kept is trap shut then.
