Wild ;-)
I saw a six foot white rabbit.
Well spotted!
It didn't change its spots?

Who would stop and help a leopard? I know I wouldn't! I'd be terrified it'd eat me.
Clawsome!

I tried to help a sea lion once. It wasn't on a road.

That's nice LIK, was it tangled in a net on the beach?
It had escaped from Clacton zoo and gone for a swim.
TD - it had washed up on the beach, no net & no visible trauma but barely alive. I carried it as far as I could back into the sea but it didn't react & simply floated away.

Ah that's a shame :( At lease you tried though many would have just walked on
I once saw (am remain firmly convinced that I did see) one of the Black Panthers supposedly roaming the countryside of Northamptonshire. It crossed the road in front of me.....so I stopped the car and went to see if I was right. It was only as I was clambering over a 5-bar gate into a field that I realised it might not be such a good idea....
And I always thought you were quite bright, JTH. That could have been catastrophic.
I am so pleased that it wasn't actually a leopard. That would have been awful.

Yeah but if you managed to get a good photo of the feline then you may become famous in the local area! I read a paper that said there was a jaguar in the Devon moors and I also read a paper that said there was a jaguar in the Yorkshire dales and then there was a paper recently that said there was a jaguar in Corby! I thought to my self, it must be that loon that spotted it.
I bet he felt cheeted
Has Bet Lynch lost her coat.

///......could have been catastrophic.///

I saw what you did there..... :o)

I told Mrs JtH all about it when I got home that night and she called me 'something' in Glaswegian which seemed to be broadly in agreement with your assessment of me. :D
