Rubbish.... anyone, even big pharmacy companies can and will know people with cancer. How will they make money anyway, by hiding it?
If that were the case, spath, there would have to be hundreds of thousands of lab staff the world over being sworn to silence. Or bing 'disappeared'. Total stuff and nonsense.

People are likely to always need cancer treatment... and they could obviously charge a fortune for it. This doesn't make any sense. Is there evidence other than a survey?
^ there's also the statistical possibility that half of those people will get cancer at some stage of their life ... i wouldn't keep quiet

They do. There are many medicines that are proven to help treat cancer,and they cost 13k +
