How can you get an award for:"strengthening democracy" whilst ignoring the result of two referendums?

Well Maggie, why don't you try and answer a reasoned question? Sturgeon getting an award for democracy is is like Rose West getting an award for child care. Can you explain why you think she has earned this reward? Perhaps we are using a new definition of democracy that I have not previously encountered.
Given that Holyrood are as bad or worse than our present Westminster opposition, the thing to contempt is whether Westminster should take over Holyrood, not vice versa. But given the present mess, best wait until a decent parliament can be voted in and have sorted the system; then ponder other changes.
