"it's hard work"

Oh come on i'm just exercising you ;)
spath - how do you think that they will find out how his neck was broken?
i know right the victim is a in a vegetable state
Question Author
I presume they are classed as self inflicted injuries, brought on by violently resisting arrest?
The injuries were caused in a brawl involving some bouncers as stated in the link.
//i know right the victim is a in a vegetable state//

Yes that's about all you know so stop guessing and jumping to conclusions.

Never volunteer yourself as a witness at any incident. The justice system prefer reliable accounts not Spath suppositions
///I presume they are classed as self inflicted injuries, brought on by violently resisting arrest? ///

There was a fracas involving several people 'during which' Mr Cole was arrested......there is nothing to suggest that the Police Officers injured him during that arrest. And equally there is nothing to suggest that Mr Cole *was* violently resisting arrest. I think you might need to be careful, about proceeding down that particular cul-de-sac....
I feel like there should be CCTV footage of the whole incident, all i'm saying is there could have potentially been unreasonable force from both sides. Potentially. And i think it should be investigated
'And i think it should be investigated'

It has been. 2 police officers have been sacked.
I now notice 'should' and 'could' arrives in your script. A large uncertainty I would suggest. Keep mowing the grass Spath I am sure you should and could do a great job if motivated.
I'm walking home from a night out, i see someone in a poor state on the floor. If i picked him up and dragged him to a van, then took him to a police station, that would be highly illegal

You would probably get done for drink driving, stealing a van and abduction.

But at leat it would make a cracking night out.
You do spout an awful lot of nonsense Spath. In the first posts of your many posts on this thread you say the coppers dragged a boy with a broken neck. Are they meant to be doctors as well as coppers? Unless the poor boy's head was facing backwards in pretty sure there's no way they would have known his neck was broken.

This is a tragic case, but 'all' the police involved are guilty of is lying. Nothing else. Everything else you've said can be filed under pure guesswork with zero foundation in fact.

When pretty much everybody tells you you are talking nonsense, you should consider it safe to assume you are talking nonsense.
Very sad case, yes it was right they were sacked. Poor lad.
I like Spath. He livens up this old place. Better than those people who are always right about everything, like me.
Deskdiary unfortunately for you I shall do what i want
^^^you do what you like mate - and continue to demonstrate that you talk the most unmitigated cobblers most of the time.

I find it amusing.
Unanimously carried. :-)
then why try silence me
Sorry AOG i'm unmitigated to have an opinion. LOL
Absolutely correct to have sacked them , what they did after the fact was underhand and self serving.
