‘You’re a man of sixty-two and of good character,’ the judge said. ‘You have got to sixty-two without committing an offence.’

Give the vid 2 minutes of your time.
If I had clobbered a copper with a heavy weapon would I be still walking the streets...I doubt it!

To clarify: if you aim to shoot A and mistakenly shoot B then you are guilty of murder.

Gromit
the commentary of his mate “Omar, you’ve ***ed up this time” confims the mistake.

That is no mate of Omar's. As far as Omar is concerned he is just a simian of colour (I have used a politer phrase than Omar uses)
City of London Magistrate Richard Blake: I
have had the advantage of seeing what took place.

And he gave a suspended sentence. His interpretation of the video must be different from yours Talbot.

Anyone know what the charge was? The lenient sentece may be because he was charged with a minor offence.
If he had been charged with a vicious assault on a Police Officer, would he have been dealt with in a Magistrates Court?
"His interpretation of the video must be different from yours Talbot. "

No more than would be expected from the liberal judiciary.

It was an attack, a racist attack they had the chance to set an example but they chose not to. It's all part of the agenda.

But the judge said Mohamad should have pleaded guilty to spare the officer the ordeal of reliving the incident.

Now, what usually happens when you plead not guilty and get found guilty.
He may have been in the grip of an assault emergency, a cultural anomally to which soft westerners are not privy.

But it's a real thing guv, innit.
Jail for most of us Talbot.
What was he charged with, and what is the typical sentence for THAT offence ?
the charge was "assault causing actual bodily harm".
Exactly, J/D @ 11.41
you can always rely on gromit to make excuses for his muslim buddies. "clearly the policeman wasn't the intended victim" - seriously think it through, So it's fine to want to hit someone else is it? Right oh! Doesn't matter who the intended victim is or the actual victim, this is a violent bigot that we do not need walking the streets.

He's a racist but this wasn't a racist attack,YMB
Ahh but he's a racist "of good character" Talbot. Not one of those dodgy right wing racists or those over represented white ones.
ABH - For a first offence, a fine and or community order may be imposed.

The sentence imposed follows establishec guidelines, so is in fact not lenient, it is normal.
All is good then Gromit?

I wonder what any of the "right wing racists" would have been charged with?
So let’s recap.

This case is highlighted as an example of there is one law for us, and a different law for muslims. The inference being that they are getting special lenient sentences to mask the fact that multiculuralism is not working.

But the facts are he was dealt with correctly for a first offence, and no special trearment occured in this case.

If they were a first time offender, then the law is clear that a fine and suspended sentence is the correct tariff.
Question Author
Lots of people get jailed for ABH even if it is their first offense.

Ridiculous.
