....The usual cobblers from Theresa May. Not just her. We get this all the time. They won't, disrupt us/attack on democracy/we are stronger/we will move forward/security working hard etc etc. You will never stop someone who wants to kill his or herself. No matter how they want to do it. People are talking about the goodness in Muslims, e.g. the taxi drivers last night(were they all Muslims?), medical staff, security staff etc. but I would bet the suicide bomber wasn't a white person. We keep hearing all this guff about Muslims but the fact is (and it IS a fact) that all these terror attacks are perpetrated by Muslims. Don't dress it up. Don't try and be weedy and feeble about how nice they are. Somewhere inside the Muslim community there is a poisonous element who want to murder British people. Fact. But don't mention it to anyone. We don't want to upset them do we?

Hmmmm.....deep breaths chaps....opinions are allowed...insults and abuse ...not so... seems we all need to agree to disagree at times.
There are families broken and in great despair tonight, give thanks you are not one of them...night night x
Poppycock, Dive.....she had many chances.....and responded with insults.
If this is a concerted attempt to get someone to repeat the insulting removed posts then it's a waste of time.

Khandro - find some apologists and ask them.
Divebuddy...other people may speak for themselves but I certainly didn't decry her at all....I just pointed out that this bomber was born here in Britain.

If Lynn got herself suspended, then it appears to be all of her own making.
I think they should shut down the mosques where these losers are radicalised. If "decent" Muslims were sincere about saying these people were nothing to do with them then it's about time they did something about kicking these hate preachers out of their Mosque's.Can't see that happening anytime soon.
I just pointed out that this bomber was born here in Britain.

I will ask yet again ... what is the reason for pointing out the bomber was born in Britain?
Despite the Intelligence services foiling numerous attacks, the nature of the attacks we have seen recently are going to be extremely difficult to prevent in the future.

//Oh do your research, Togo. //

Brass cheek. My research is impeccable. I have just discovered that she flounced off in a huff of her own confection and will reappear as soon as suitable tragic cover is available.

//insults best whispered not posted........//

Read that and know. Only ask who is being "whispered" to.
Why would "born in Britain" be relevant to anything?
"Son of Libyan refugees" (BBC 10 O'clock News) might be. Given minute or two of thought.
Jim, //Reprisals against a community, of any form, are wholly distasteful.//

Time perhaps we abandon our British good manners.

To address all the posts regarding the perpetrator’s place of birth – that is completely irrelevant. Understand that he was an Islamist – a member of ‘the brotherhood’ – and that knows no boundaries.

Zacs-Master, according to BBC news tonight the threat level has been raised to the maximum.

Concerning Lynn, one man’s ‘racism’ is another’s ‘truth’, so let’s stop with the ganging up, the virtue signalling, and the childish reporting and allow people to exercise their ‘right’ to free speech. You might not like what she has to say, but she has a right to say it. Challenge her with logical argument – none of which I’ve seen - but don’t silence her simply because you, personally, object to what she says. That way lies a very slippery slope.
I don't think racism or accusations of such was at the crux of any suspension, we see that regularly here.

More the breaching of this rule.

//• Treat others as you would like to be treated and respect other people’s opinions. Discussions can get passionate but users should moderate their language and refrain from personal attacks and profanity. We encourage lively debate but name calling, harassment or abuse will not be tolerated. //

People should be able to get there views across without that.

Re the bomber's place of birth, I too agree it is irrelevant, murder and maiming was his objective regardless of origin.
I have a lot of respect for you naomi but I don't consider reporting her post as childish act. You commented on the fact that is was not about colour. I also don't need a gang, I spoke for myself and my believes. I had no hand in suspending her and even if I could, I wouldn't have done that. Good night, sleep well
Mamyalynne, //respect other people’s opinions.//

Think about that.

Mazie, thank you, I respect you too, but I do think this constant reporting is childish. We are adults; we must allow people to express opinions, and if they are opinions that oppose our own we should be adult enough to counteract them in a sensible manner, which is why I told Lynn that the discussion we were involved in was not about colour. I stand by what I said. Sleep well. x

I see that for the umpteenth time my question to the 'He was British' brigade has gone unanswered ... you have had years now to give a reasonable response to that question ... where is it?

Btw this 'British' man had just returned from Libya
-Talbot-, because that somehow sort of makes him less 'Muslim'? Just guessing.
