This sour grapes nonsense is getting very tiresome.

There will be some advantages to leaving the EU and some disadvantages. If you think there will be no disadvantages, then you are a blinkered fool.

To spot the disadvantages beforehand, and then work to overcome them is not about fear or sour grapes, it is the sensible way to progress something that has never been atempted before.

Farage is like a drunk driver, ploughing headlong into unknown conditions without any caution.
New Year but same old grapes gags.
I have to agree it is boring. Why would anyone who believes they are intelligent even bother to listen to Susanna Reid never mind start a thread about it??
Vague hope that like that other magnificent Grape product, wine the sour grapes jokes will mature with age
I have just listened to Strange fruit .

I must say i would be surprised if Trump agreed to this choice of song
oops , wrong thread
Fruit based, seems ok.
Why call her a bimbo?

You are so rude it is totally wrong and for goodness sake drop the sour grapes in every thread its so boring!!
TTT....give up on the sour grapes drivel TTT....some of us voted to stay and some of us voted to leave and it was't a huge majority for leaving. But we accept that we will eventually leave.

Instead, concentrate that much talked about Mensa brain of yours, on why Mrs May is still faffing about, months after she took over as the current Tory Leader.
Not looking too confident Nigel.:-)
For the record, I thought he looked his normal smarmy self.
Well perhaps if Ms Reid had not use the phrase "telling the Brexiteer “the apocalypse has not happened yet”." then maybe it would not be seen as sour grapes.

I see the usual are now gunning for stopping the term 'sour grapes'. How long before they force AB to change it to **** grapes I wonder? Smacks of the usual I have no valid argument so I'll attempt to stifle free speech.

If you find it boring , dont go on the thread. It's quite simple unless you are looking for something to be offended over.

As usual I believe that's exactly what they are doing.
You're spot on , I for one have no valid point to make other than the fact that repetitive use of a term lacks originality and insight.

As do made up acronyms and perfectly sound words doctored with block caps and numbers to dodge the swear filter.

Originality and sense sells a thread far better than childish nonsense for no good reason.
TTT why do you not get a job as a TV interviewer, what with your having such a command of English and being a member of Mensa? What about dressing as a Pearly King?
Or queen ;-)
Mamy....well said....at least we haven't heard the "Anti-British" drivel for a while !
Anne, do you ever actually have anything to add to a thread apart from attempting to have a go at the poster?

I can oblige Mickey, I reckon it the the anti-British ........
I do.
Islay

/// Why call her a bimbo? ///

Noticed you never pulled mikey up over the "normal smarmy self" comment that he aimed at Nigel Farage?
