My grandad had a slave throughout his childhood - he'd be 193 now - he had to free him when they ended slavery. We all loved him and the idea that it was racist never occurred to any of us.

Reference to slave trade is of course what some people see, others see a doll that reminds them of their childhood.

I wouldn't dare try to correct his family history recollections either.

No disrespect to the white Ladies on here, but I have always preferred/attracted to Black/Brown Women, to white, and in my younger days had long relationships with a Kenyan Lady, and an Indian Lady.
