It's heartbreaking isn't it and accentuates the brainwashing aspect which makes it all the more essential that the war on ISIS propaganda is pulverised.

Poor kid,never stood a chance..
Yes I am moved aog, another childhood wasted by monsters.
That’s appalling.
I would guess that he’s beyond redemption now.

Yes I totally agree, but unfortunately if his deeds are to be believed, then there is nothing that can be done now.

But what about his family in the UK, his brother and most of all his grand parents, they only remember him as he once was and they have to live with that for rest of their lives
That's part of what moves me aog.
You are quite a conundrum, AOG.

Moved by a desperately sad story such as this.....and yet unmoved, even judgemental, about similar stories featuring similar victims albeit from different cultures than your own.
AOG > But what about his family in the UK, his brother and most of all his grand parents, they only remember him as he once was and they have to live with that for rest of their lives

> There is no substitute for a Mothers love for her child.

Oh yes,she only wants the best for him..
I cannot write this boy off as beyond redemption. If he is ever rescued from the awful situation that he is in there is a chance that with the right care and treatment he could return to the person he was.

Mary Bell committed heinous crimes as a child and is successfully rehabilitated with a family of her own, living an average life of normality
Hc > If he is ever rescued from the awful situation that he is in there is a chance that with the right care and treatment he could return to the person he was

He would face prosecution first.

The difference being that the family of this child do not belong or have not been converted to the Islamic religion.

His mother has
The difference here, hc, is that Mary Bell wasn’t brainwashed or indoctrinated.
Nor was Jon Venables, but he hasn’t exactly been successfully rehabilitated.

I would have thought that most of us were intelligent enough to be aware of that already reported fact.
The boy never really had a chance.
Born to alcoholic and druggie parents, I'm not sure his future in Birmingham would have been that rosey.
