Saw this earlier, ghastly.
Donner und Blitzen!
That is tragic!
Horrrific! Poor things. If Rudolf survived then the really good kids should be OK. One to threaten grandson with!
I'm waiting for someone to say it's oslo news day....
...or for a takeaway to advertise ready-roasted venison.
My God...this is bloody awful !
I find this heartbreaking
One deer was heard singing 'Fool if you think it's over'.That was Elkie Brooks.
Very sad, nature is cruel.
Strange sense of humour you have, AGC.

They must have been huddled together for the strike to have been this devastating. It is both scary and fascinating that so many could be killed.

jourdain2, you sound as evil as my OH, he told the children that we'd eaten Rudolph after having venison at a Mess dinner, he also took them through Bolton market and pointed at the rabbits hanging up, Look the Easter Bunny.
^^^ No, honestly, I'm not evil - but my grandson is a problem. He is clever, but uncontrolled and we have big issues with him controlling his temper (he's now 7). Like, end of first day at school he screamed and threw a toddler-tantrum in front of his new head teacher. This was in July after they'd moved house. Any lever will do!!
Ahhhh...saw the title of this thread and thought it was 300+ people.

Still very sad though (obv).
Oh dear, tragic.....
I wonder if the Dutch Prime Minister,Mark Rutte, has commented...
well there goes the market for stag-dos in Oslo or Trondheim in the months to come....
Whats with all the attempts at humour here today on this thread ?
