Guess the right-on brigade and the EUSSR have to have something to hide behind but wonder how they will brush this one off?

Are you actually 'wondering' or did you not read the article?

Glad the victim is stable at least.
The assailant has a history of mental illness according to the report. A tragedy for all involved.
yeah read the article and wonder no more

Dont you think it's amazing how every attack now is attributed to mental illness?

They've already got it covered three fold YMB.

/// Police have so far ruled out terrorism as a motive for today's attack ///

/// A rabbi has been stabbed in Strasbourg, allegedly by a Muslim.

/// The attacker is believed to have a history of mental health issues. ///

As I have said before, the whole damn lot are mental.
Do you post these news stories just to have a pop at the 'right on brigade' or do you actually have a valid point?
I am baffled at the way you post your initial argument to read as though the 'use' of 'mental illness' to explain a crime involving a Mslim is somehow the preserve of the 'right on brigade' apologists' - and this is then agreed with by another poster.

Just to be clear, this individual has a history of mental illness - I doubt he has gone to the trouble of incurring this in order to excuse his violence to cynical right wing observers several thousand miles away.

And if your comment refers to posters on this site, I refer yet again to my oft-repeated assertion that no-one, that is NO-ONE on here has even hinted at 'apologising' for violent behaviour by anyone anywhere ever.

If your slur is aimed at the wider world, then you need to make that clear, since your acknowledges stance on these issues would certainly indicate that you believe people on here to be excusers for this sort of incident.

Both.

Do you have a view on my post or are you just having a pop at me?

You dont have to answer my posts or even read them if you dont like them you know.
youngmafbog - //Dont you think it's amazing how every attack now is attributed to mental illness? //

No - because it isn't.

Only incidents where the perpetrator has a history of mental illness advises that as a potentially contributory factor - if mental illness is not present, no-one goes around making it up as a catch-all excuse.
OK

The answer is in the news article, you may have saved time and people 'having a pop at you' if you had read the article before posting!

My posts are entirely a view on your post - if you feel it is 'having a pop' - then maybe you are insecure in the validity of your views.

AH

It is NOT a 'slur' on anyone on this site. Since when have the EUSSR been and many Europenas posting on here?

Trying your usual 'I am superior to you' posts again I suppose.

I was referring to Islay, hence the repeat of 'have a pop'

You forgot the 'right-on brigade' - an absolute cert for the people on here whose views you disparage on a regular basis.

I know - I am one of them!

No superiority in my post - I suggest you are seeing persecution where none exists.
All this sudden mental illness is quite extraordinary. Bit of an insult to the mentally ill really. I thought this from Ron Liddle, who asks "Why hide facts on attacks?", was rather good. Scroll down to that heading.

fender62 - //well if all these stabbing are mental issue related, then what was the trigger mmm could it be islam, a little jihad heroic's for the unhinged, why have they never done the same thing in the past, but now they have impetus... //

They are not all 'mental issue related' - as I advised earlier.
andy-hughes, //They are not all 'mental issue related' - as I advised earlier.//

I think you'll find that most of the recent incidents are - allegedly. Read the Liddle article I posted. Even the terrible slaughter in Nice was attributed to a man with mental health issues.... until the truth came out.
Every Jihadist is mentally ill, so there are lots left to commit lots more attacks, (unless something is done, of course).
