This has been reported on almost nightly for the last two weeks in CH4 News, but seems to have missed our NEWS section.

It is looking increasingly likely that the Tory Party committed some serious electoral irregularities in the run up to the 2015 General Election, and may have contravened the "Representation of the People Act"

This could lead to some elections for Westminster seats having to be re-run.

getting a bit desperate are we mikey? Nothing illegal there me old china.
all you have to do is wait until 2020 and the Tories will be replaced by Labour ......oh hang on!
Blimey Mikey! You were slow there! ;o)
(I can almost see Mikey say in his Shackleton high chair, a Gollum like look spreading across his countenance at the prospect of a glimmer of the faintest chance of a potential Labour 'victory'.....brought about by a Liberal Democrat)
It's hard to see this as anything other than losers' spite. Investigate, sure. But I wouldn't expect this to be ruled improper.

TTT...nothing illegal ? Really ?

I suggest you do some research on this topic.

"Devon and Cornwall Police have asked West Mercia Police to investigate earlier allegations of undeclared spending - made after an investigation by Channel 4 News into visits by a Conservative Party campaigning "battle bus".

The Conservative Party has acknowledged that, owing to an "administrative error", some accommodation costs for the activists may not have been properly registered"

The same allegation has been made in other constituencies around the country, one of them being South Thanet, and we know who came a close second there don't we ?
well let's see what prosecutions/bye elections occur shall we.

I think Mikey has found them guilty already.

Yes...lets wait until the Police have finished investigating ( I just hope the SYP are not one of those forces though, although it could be another 27 years before we get to the truth !
the issue is over the bus plus some expenses (I guess with the drivers) and whether this should have been a local or central spend, the new Police Comm explaining this on Spotlight News last night and saying that she had documentary evidence from Central Tory Offices for it to be incurred on the central budget.

Doesn't really effect the results, I would surmise......an attempted torpedo from some jealous folk.
....yes and we still won't have a Labour governement! Sorry mikey you fed me that one!

DTC.....this issue is far from being just about a bus, but incorrect returns to the Electoral Commission. The EC had to go to Court earlier this week, to get the Tory Party to open up and submit the paperwork that was asked for.

At least 9 forces around the country are currently investigating "improper electoral campaign spending returns"
Stay calm mikey and get yourself down to the Gin palace (Hogarths Swansea)
well the issue down here is about the bus and associated expenses with that, Mikey.....very clear on Spotlight.
Now lets have a look at Tower Hamlets shall we?

So if there is an issue a bye election must be held and th culprits dealt with. But leets admit it with Politician of all flavours is this likey to happen or even stop it in the future. For any party?
