Right wingers who show concern for the fabric of their country. It's values and traditions being knicked by theiving johnny foreigner who is bleeding us dry with their corrupt impositions.
It would be interesting to see if the poll stats had changed now we are somewhat nearer the vote.
Mikey, and you know Boris so well. ;o)

//that in/out AB Poll was no great surprise, as the majority of active member here on AB are right-wingers.//

Haha! Really? Right-wingers who voted for a Conservative government that wants ….. ‘In’.
Hoppy....but he is willing to take that risk.

Boris hasn't minded being wrong in the past. He was sent to Liverpool, covered in sackcloth and ashes a few years ago, but he soon bounced back. He fathered an illegitimate child in 2009 but that didn't seem to bother him either.

His is like a duck with Teflon feathers !
MIkey, still waiting for an answer to my last post.
Naomi...most of the Tory Party have wanted to come out of the EU, and they have been waiting for this opportunity for many years, even though Attila the Hen wanted us to join !
Really? You're so knowledgeable, Mikey. ;o)
He's also so evasive.
Danny...beg pardon.

I am not sure when it was but others may remember. It was held before the Election last May. But its clear from the activists on this site, that the left are in the minority. I don't have a problem with that of course, but its a factor that effects most of our daily debates.
danny, what he doesn't know he makes up.
I have noticed that a fair amount of his posts are unsubstantiated
Tallys with my observation. Most people I collaborate with are in the IN camp, and I only ever meet OUTERS in the pub, and they are old people. I belong to a couple of local business groups whose members tend to be Conservative leaning, but nearly all want to stay in the EU.
mikey, you know you can't believe polls.
Naomi...that is unfair. If I recall the result of that Poll that Ed gave us last summer, most people did say that they were going to vote Tory.

I have asked Ed if he can publish the results of that straw Poll before the 2015 Election again.

In the meantime, don't be so bloody rude !
It tends to be the right and the left fringes who are anti EU.
The middle ground, occupied by both Tories and Labour are for staying.
/// most people did say that they were going to vote Tory///
That does not mean that they are right wingers. Many people (myself included) vote for the party they consider to be the best at that time.
Gromit...if you look at that YouGov poll, its doesn't give that impression:::::

Leave......Tory 51%, Labour 23%
Stay........Tory 31% Labour 59%
Mikey, how is that unfair? Polls are often wrong. You know that. And how was I rude. You are renowned for 'spinning'. Just read what you've said about Boris on this thread.
Danny...if someone voted Tory last May, how could they not be anything other than right-wingers ?
Mikey
Still relying on youGov polls. Can't be much room left for more egg can there?
