Obviously looking at UKIPs website is not illegal or extremist. The article says there had been a classrom discussion. I expecti t was during this that the boy expressed some extremists views, and the later accessing of the website was an attempt to justify his views.
As presented, the Express report is at best misleading, and at worse, a pack of lies.
