nothing at all as far as I can tell, load of old pony, let's vote to get out ASAP.
They have sold every other thing worth while in G,B. might as well sell the population, they have taken everything else off us.
It's a case of 'damn him if he does and damn him if he doesn't' - it's a bit like what Soames faced in Rhodesia, Mountbatten in India (though he had reached Peter's Principle) and Patten in HK.... there's still time for some more concessions out of Brussels though as it's evident that the EU does not want or can afford the UK to go.

Hardly nothing TTT, but is it going to be enough to stop the open warfare in his own Party ?
cobblers DT, Dave or any other PM has the power to get our own way in the EU if only they had an ounce of Frassos between them.
Well, now...the thoughts are 'Peace in our time', 'The Emperor's New Clothes' and an ancient Punch cartoon depicting a pig in a poke bonnet which spring immediately to mind. I must obviously consider further.
If the EU does not want us to go then let them start making offers we cannot refuse.
GB, once the envy of the world, now, need I say any more?

TTT will obviously not make a good ambassador - it's a negotiation not a bloody dictatorship.
the parties are all divided mikey but that is good on this subject. This is far more important than any party politics. Doesn't matter if you are in No 10 if the country is ruled by some unelected faceless bureaucrat in Brussels. I'd vote SNP if I thought it would save the nation from these traitors. I hope it does tear the party apart, if that's going to happen the now is the time whilst Labour are in chocolate teapot mode.
That's where you are wrong DT, when you pay the piper you call the tune, you are fool if you negotiate when you have the power to get what you want. In fact it is treacherous to your own people.
Do that and something will bite you hard up the rrse diplomatically or worse....
what??? do tell, the whole of the EU is full of spineless milksops. what can they do?
Nothing significant in his negotiations, just pecking around the edges.

Doesn't persuade me in the least.

TTT...I agree that all Parties are divided on this ( well, perhaps not the single
UKIP MP perhaps ! )

But dave faces the biggest rebellion that the Tories have seen for many a long year. Europe was partly to blame for Mmmmajor losing in 1997, and dave is only too aware of that. Look at Boris's comments today .....one thing early today and another in the Chamber this afternoon.

The men in Grey Suits are circling like hungry vultures !
dave could get caught dogging on Clapham common and still beat Labour at the moment mikey so I'd say if you are going to have a civil war now's the time!
I agree with TTT on that - dave is on relatively safe ground and can you honestly see Corbyn mounting a challenge - and it's not going to come from the SNP as they are pro-Europe and in relative disarray - how many MPs have they now suspended......
Question Author
lol TTT !

I seem to recall that when that happened to a Labour politician ( Mr Ron Davies, and his "moment of madness" ) the Labour Party in Wales and in Westminster just carried on regardless !
No matter how hard he tries to dress it up.

You can put lipstick on a pig, but its still a pig, and this is one ugly pig.

"apologies to any pigs reading this."

Dave.
