apologies, you're including sunlight. But it doesn't say whether he was slowing down or whether he had time to.

He used the bright sunlight as his defence, that the court accepted......incorrectly, imo

lots of probablys. We're passing judgment on a case we know little about.The jury heard it through and decided.
