Have you any information regarding seeing the Northern Lights in north England, wendilla? The Yorkshire Post said that it might possibly be seen from oop North.

Joggerjane I could not reply to your question last night as I went out but here is an explanation
The space station is approx 200 to 230 miles high And travels at the speed of 17,5000 miles per second
It orbits the Earth every 90 minutes with a sunset and sunrise every 45 mins it has a 240 feet wimg span and larger than a football field

Comes from the west mostly from where the light from the sun makes it viewable

Bookbinder I think the best is over now but they were seen in some parts of northern England .
