It states that the girl has come to terms with being a mistake, charming being a product of such devoted parents, who are now suing the hospital that carried out the bodged abortion for £700,000 for the girl's maintenance.

"Personally, I have always found, and still find today, that my children are an emotional gift, I would not miss a single minute of the time I have had with them or not spend a single penny of the money I have used to make them as comfortable and secure as I can. "
Andy hughes, very lovely, fluffy answer but both your position and my position are not mutually exclusive. Children ARE a financial and emotional burden (after all if you are not emotionally invested in your children you are doing parenting wrong) but that's not necessarily a bad thing is it? people enter into parenthood for the most part willingly, and (mostly) love their children unconditionally but there is no getting away from the fact they cost money an emotion!
