It's a good clip, tonyav, but it has already been raised in an earlier thread today which may explain why you haven't had a response yet

It could be worse, eh? You could have three or four people insistent on what a particular party's policy is before having actually read their manifesto and turning out to be entirely wrong...

Ohhhh no, that could never happen jim.
Don't bother taking their manifestos seriously, just take their past performances into consideration.
What if they don't have a past performance to speak of? How far back in the past shoudl we go? What if the party leadership has changed since?

I mean, why should we judge the Tories based on how much of a lame duck John Major was, or Labour on Ramsey Macdonald?
Not really sure about the brain fade bit. All the UKIP people who fought the 2010 Election seemed to forget it was "drivel" very soon after.
Listening to lazy labour is like watching a very long episode of a Carry On comedy show, they can't be serious.
