Refuse to bite what, Diz?

We have a Rental or two in East Kent, nothing special, all 3 bed semis, they go for £750+ easily even the one we still have in Sandwich.
I can bite you if you really want me to Talbot....:-)

They weren't homeless when they took out the Loan

///It is 18 months since they lost their home in Poole;///

///a £20,000 bank loan they took out in 2011 to try to keep afloat///

My point was Baldric that now they are homeless the bank have no way of knowing where they are so they should just stop paying it.
Sounds more like a 20,000 pound gamble, Baldric. Obviously they lied to the bank about their financial situation.

Thank you, Retro. That's the bes...actually the only offer I've had today.

I reckon they know now! :-)

"Some Guys have all the luck!" ^^^^
Is the Daily Mail paying them for their "story" ? If so, they could use that for rent.

if you are stuggling with day to day bills, what bank in its right mind would lend you 20k?
Well outing themselves as homeless has paid off for them as they are now overwhelmed with offers of a home plus a fund has been started for them. i actually think it was honourable of them to keep on paying off the loan in spite of their circumstances. Many wouldn't.
Shame they never had a dog, that's usually pays dividends .
You're all heart Talbot, bless you.
My bet he left the kids mother for this younger piece and the children don't have anything to do with him.

But there is a place - Heathrow airport.

Perhaps they blew the £100,000 on holidays and that's why Heathrow is like home from home for them.
trt - I've lived in Dover since 1977.
No I haven't - 1997!

Thanks for the reply boxtops.

I used to manage a pub/restaurant at the top end of the high street, which got burned down, but that was years ago.

It was called the Crypt Tavern.
