Fed a rubbishy diet by his parents?
A few local alcoholics were reported as suffering from Beriberi. That was a result of their drinking.
How? Look at the parents.
Nice one Bogface, of course anyone who LOOKS like this must be guilty.
The country can't get enough of the right breeding stock anymore these days.
A nice constructive answer AP, as usual slinging an insulting name to me. It always amazes me how the left get away with it on this site, if I said something similar I would be banned or at least have the answer removed.

Well Ed, I dont want AP's answer removed, I believe it shows AP for what she is.

And all I said was the same as the first answer, ie to see why look at the parents. (Not physically of course for the mentally challenged
)
I hope that they discover why he died. Perhaps the little boy was unable to extract the Vit C from his food, which seems slightly more logical as his parents not giving him any foods that contain Vitamin C..

Sad outcome.
Oranges Are Not The Only Fruit
Even chips has vitamin C and it is added to a lot of foods children enjoy eating such as cereal.
Barlow's syndrome

you can die from all sorts of things 3T
Folate deficiency not rules out

so .... crap post mortem and if there is argument over the cause of death then getting a conviction for anything is DOOMED

advice now is that post mortems on (dead) children have to be done by a specialist in cutting up dead kids - sorry paed morbid anatomist

we basically haven't been given the back story - such as why a Belgian paed pathologist was giving evidence and so on
Well Bogface, you asked for a "proper" response the other day and I gave you one ...it's interesting how selective you are on certain posts.
Only deal with the 'easy' ones eh ;-)
This constant and obsessive use of the term "the left" just makes you look like an obsessive knuckle dragger.
Did you refer to me as "she" deliberately? ..talking about "slinging".
very sad..do the school nurses not give kids check ups any longer ? we regularly had to be seen by school nurses through primary school ..or was that just Catholic schools in Scotland ? if any child seemed undernourished they were given some kind of medicine to take home with a note...
No...school nurses stopped years ago.
well if ever there was the need ummmm !
Cases like this are very rare nowadays. I suppose it would be considered a waste of money employing a nurse to check up on healthy children.
what about school dentist ? they still on the go ?
Nope. I think the only requirements for schools now is to have a first aider.

We never had a nurse when I was in school. The only thing I remember is having hearing test.
ah but you are but a child ummmm ! lol.....
There are at least 1200 school nurses in England and they should be visiting every school
I just about remember the milk :-)
Yeah...to give jabs etc. My kids have never been checked for nits, had a hearing test, their teeth checked or anything else that nurses used to check for. Neither did I (besides one hearing test in middle school)
