Clearly the protagonists here are too immature to have children. Selfish beyond belief, not a thought for what they are putting the unforunate children through. They should take the kids away from all of them.
Are you serious TTT?

Like straight couples don't fall out and argue about the kids....
I did not mention sexuality ummmm, that's in your head.
Exactly TTT, it does seem to be becoming a modern trait to be selfish though. You see it all the time me me me.

I see you have received the standard attack. Pity people dont read posts for what is written rather than what they would like you to have written before they put digits to keyboard,
So parents, regardless of sex, who fall out, should have their children taken away? Even though they might be a great parent besides this issue.
// Like straight couples don't fall out and argue about the kids....//

agreed there.

usually the argument boils down to - can you contribute to their upbringing o by the way you cant see them -

and that is clearly only acceptable to one party

3T - yeah taking the kids away and putting them into care....
Jimmy Savile would be proud of you.
If I had my way my boys would never see their dad, but I don't have my way, they do, so I bite my tongue.
Not sure why you are trying to turn this into some sort of issue with sexual preferences. In this example these people are not fit to have children simple. I am not putting any sort of codasyl on irrelevant details. Neither am I saying that "all" such cases should have the children removed, I am simply saying that the people involved here are not fit to have children in their care.
These people are prepared to squabble for 6 years in the court, not a single thought for the effect on the children. I'd say that is child abuse.
You may not be 3T, but surely AOG is, given the title of his post anyway?
I'm sure they didn't bring the children to court.
3T
your post reads like one of my ( good ones)
codasyl is mis-spelt ( codicil ) and is used completely wrongly ( it means an addition to a will )

and childrens council care is MUCH worse quality than parental care even of this level or standard.

please get out more
what a silly thing to say ummmm. So the kids would not notice 6 years of tug of war eh? Just own up you jumped in with your size nines throwing accusations about without actually reading what I said.
How can anyone not involved with the families say the 'mothers' are not good parents? You are only reading what the Independant wants you to read. And cry's of 'remove the children from these parents who are obviously not mature enough ' what utter nonsense. Men donate their sperm which frankly may have ended up on a paper tissue -and think they have a right to be a parent, no they don't.
In written rulings, he said the two couples – who can be identified only as Father 1 and Father 2, and Mother 1 and Mother 2 – had begun as friends. Two girls – known to the court only as A and B – were born, both the “biological children” of Father 1 and Mother 1.

I'm just hoping FactorFiction doesn't get involved with this thread.

"one in her early teens and the other nearing her 10th birthday"

So one child was 4 and the other a minimum of 7...I assume up until this time the kids lived with the lesbians?
Therefore (imo) the kids stay with the lesbians.
So one child was 4 and the other a minimum of 7(when the hassle started)
My parents split up when I was 8, I didn't know there were problems in their marriage. Not all parents subject their children to adult issues.
You've got big feet for a woman, ummmm.
He's wrong....I'm size 5 :-)
